It has been said that most of us are given life in order to learn whereas a special few are given life in order to teach. How true this is. Leo has taught us so much. He has taught us to love more truly. He has taught us to give ourselves more fully. He has helped us to lay down our lives for those we love. Could he have given us any greater gift? How wicked is a world that shuns such gifts! How wicked that children with Down's syndrome are hunted down in the womb and systematically exterminated.
