These expressions mimic the kind a school psychologist might use to pretend they understand others, but in reality, they seem superficial and insincere.

The behavior suggests a lack of genuine engagement or understanding, and the person's attitude appears more about appearances than true connection. Their actions come across as mocking or dismissive, which raises my suspicion about their intentions and sincerity.
