We are luminous creatures. We are percens. We are awareness. We are not objects, we do not have firmness, we are endless. The world of objects and firmness is only a way to make our passage on the ground easy. This is only a description that we created to help us. We, or rather our mind, forgets that the description is only a description and thus we conclude the integrity of ourselves into an enchanted circle, from which we rarely break out during our lives.
In his work "Tales of Power," Carlos Castaneda emphasizes the essence of human existence as luminous beings filled with awareness, rather than mere physical objects. He suggests that our understanding of life is shaped by our perceptions, leading us to believe in a solid, tangible reality. This constructed view, while useful for navigating our physical experiences, confines us within a limited understanding of ourselves.
Castaneda argues that we are not defined by these descriptions or our physical forms; rather, they are tools to assist our journey through life. The real challenge lies in breaking free from this self-imposed illusion. By recognizing that our true nature is expansive and boundless, we can transcend the limitations of our conditioned mindset and embrace the fullness of our existence.
