"As we rely on God, and trust his Spirit to mold us in his image, true hope takes shape within us, 'a hope that does not disappoint.'" Trusting in God’s guidance and Spirit helps us develop genuine hope that remains steadfast, even amid suffering. Suffering can lead to personal growth, transforming pain—though it may seem meaningless at the moment—into something meaningful and constructive.
"Where is God when it hurts? He is in us—not in the things that hurt—helping to transform bad into good." God is present within us during painful times, working to turn suffering into a source of growth and good. While God can bring good out of evil, it’s important to recognize that He does not intentionally cause evil for the purpose of producing good, but instead, He uses circumstances to bring about positive change.
