TAL HAD TO laugh. Hardly presentable! Wasn't it strange, the way humans looked at themselves with eyes of flesh and not of the Spirit? Certainly that dear woman had been through mire and filth of every degree; she was scarred, exhausted, ragged, and dirty. But to the angels, she appeared as God Himself saw her, just as any other redeemed saint of the living God: pure, shining, clean, dressed in garments as white as snow.

Tal found himself amused by the way humans perceive their own appearances. It struck him as odd that people view themselves through physical eyes rather than spiritual ones. In the context of a woman who had endured hardships, he noted how society might judge her based on her worn and ragged state, which included visible scars and dirt. Yet, this superficial assessment completely ignored the deeper truth of her worth.

In contrast, to the angels and, importantly, to God, this woman was seen in a different light. Rather than focusing on her physical condition, they recognized her as redeemed and pure, adorned in garments as white as snow. This perspective highlighted the essential spiritual reality that transcends human judgment, reminding readers of the inherent dignity and divine beauty present in every individual, regardless of their external circumstances.
