I am convinced that most people do not grow up... We marry and dare to have children and call that growing up. I think what we do is mostly grow old. I believe that many people do not truly grow up. Instead, they go through the motions of marriage and parenthood, which they often view as signs of maturity. However, this process is more about aging physically rather than developing emotionally or spiritually.
