It is not unusual for people to believe that their way is the best way-that they are right and everyone else is out-of-sync or mistaken. The divine irony is that since we are better at being ourselves, how can we expect others to be less like themselves to fulfill our expectations? We cannot change who we are wired to be and neither can others.

Many individuals often feel that their own perspectives and methods are superior, leading them to perceive others as incorrect or misaligned. This belief can create an unrealistic expectation that others should conform to their views. The irony lies in the fact that our strongest ability is to be our true selves, which makes it unreasonable to expect others to alter their authentic selves in order to meet our standards.

Recognizing that people are inherently different is crucial for effective communication. Just as we cannot change our intrinsic nature, we cannot demand that others change theirs. Acceptance of this diversity is essential for fostering understanding and meaningful connections in our interactions with those around us.
